SCVO Pathfinders

The internet can open up the world for people in care homes, offering opportunities not only for communication and connection, but also for stronger models of person-centred care.

In our work with care home staff, in our Pathfinders Programmes, we explore how supporting people to access the internet can really open up opportunities including greater autonomy, independence and control, and can help staff unlock principles of care, such as those outlined in SSSC.
